Banshee 1.7.2 Released
Least one step in escalation of development to Banshee 1.8 , As usual we have list of improvements and bug fixes that have been a few, but is expected to undermine according to maturity of new version.
Some improvementsOverhaul GNOME proxy support (bmc # 1920)
Make optional GIO gio with-disable-configure switch
Use new YouTube icon buttons in context
Wrap long strings in the Now Playing view
